1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of InGrounGua Music Academy ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
InGrounGua Music Academy provides vocal training and music education services including:
- Individual vocal lessons
- Group singing classes
- Performance training and coaching
- Music theory instruction
- Recording studio sessions
- Online educational content and resources
3. Registration and Enrollment
3.1 Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals of all ages. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in our programs.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in advance of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
4.2 Refund Policy
- Trial lessons: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance
- Individual lessons: 48-hour cancellation notice required for refund
- Course packages: Refunds available for unused lessons with 7-day notice
- No refunds for missed lessons without proper notice
4.3 Late Payment
Late payment may result in suspension of services. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.
5. Lesson Policies
5.1 Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for progress. Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their lessons.
5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Students must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Instructor cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost
5.3 Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons may be offered for properly cancelled lessons, subject to instructor availability.
6. Code of Conduct
All students, parents, and visitors are expected to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Maintain appropriate behavior in all academy facilities
- Follow safety guidelines and studio rules
- Take care of academy property and equipment
- Arrive prepared with required materials
Violation of our code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Health Disclosures
Students must disclose any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in vocal training.
7.2 Injury and Liability
While we maintain a safe environment, students participate in activities at their own risk. We recommend appropriate warm-up and cool-down practices.
7.3 Emergency Procedures
In case of medical emergency, we will contact emergency services and the student's emergency contact.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Academy Materials
All teaching materials, recordings, and educational content provided by InGrounGua Music Academy remain our intellectual property.
8.2 Student Performances
We may record student performances for educational purposes with proper consent. Students retain rights to their own original compositions.
8.3 Use of Likeness
By enrolling, students consent to the use of their name, image, and performance recordings for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
InGrounGua Music Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Termination
11.1 Student Termination
Students may terminate their enrollment with written notice. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
11.2 Academy Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or health emergencies.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.

16. Severability

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and InGrounGua Music Academy regarding the use of our services.
